HELP WANTED!

Carnival is a super fun way to celebrate the end of the school year... but we need A LOT of volunteers from our community to make it successful!

Please consider helping out, even if it’s just for an hour, leading up to the carnival, or on the day of the event.

Booth shifts are only 1 hour long so that you're still able to enjoy the carnival with your child!

Carnival Prep

May 13-16 - 2:45-4:00pm
Prep prize bags & raffle baskets

Set Up

Friday, May 17 - 10:00am-2:30pm
Times are flexible! Help us get the booths set up and signage posted.

Booth Shifts

Friday, May 17 - 2:30-5:30
1-hour booth shift (food, carnival games, ticket booth, raffle, prize booth - your choice!)

Clean Up

Friday, May 17 - 5:30-6:30
Help clean up after the event

Soda, Ice & Coolers

We need at least 3 cases of soda plus 1 bag of ice PER CLASS, plus several coolers.

Drop off in the front office by Wednesday, May 15

Ice: Drop off on Friday, May 17 AFTER 12 pm

Stuffed Animals & Books

Donate your gently used stuffed animals and books for our Adopt-a-Stuffy & Buy-a-Book booths!

Simply put them in a bag & drop off in the front office.

DONATE BY WEDNESDAY, MAY 15!
